Q: I am being prompted to Save/Open a playlist file (.pls or .m3u), what do I do?
A: There is no right answer, but most people choose to open the playlist file directly from the server; your Mp3 player should automatically open and start streaming. If you save the playlist, you will have to locate and open the file from your computer.

Q: A player opens but I don't hear anything, whats wrong?
A: First check to make sure you are using the right player option, and that you have all required plugins (such as Windows Media Player or Real Player) install. Next, check to see that your volume is turned up on your computers mixer and speakers. If all else fails, it could be that our live stream is temporarily down; just check back later.
