5. Contracts
An Invitation to Treat consists of any material that advertises or otherwise informs a potential client/customer about one of our products or services and does NOT constitute an offer on Tune.FM Radio's behalf. An offer is made when Tune.FM Radio proactively seeks out a mutually beneficial exchange of products/services. Valid acceptance of a contract includes, but is not limited to, the submission of an online form, or email reply signifying compliance to an agreement. Any party that breaks/breaches their contract with Tune.FM Radio will be subject to penalty fees and legal action.
6. Direct Marketing
